Follow these cleaning methods to keep your MysticMat looking new for years.
Daily Maintenance
Remove loose dirt and debris.
- Vacuum the mat surface thoroughly using a standard vacuum cleaner.
- Pay special attention to the edges and corners where dirt accumulates.
Spot Cleaning
Address spills immediately.
- Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
- Apply warm water to the spill area.
- Scrub spill area with a brush or towel.
- Wipe dry with a clean towel.
Deep Cleaning
Give your mat a full wash.
- Pre-vacuum to remove loose debris.
- Dampen your mat with water.
- Apply carpet cleaning solution like MysticClean.
- Scrub heavily stained areas with a brush.
- Rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer or hose working from the center out.
- Only use water that is 70°F or less.
- Wait until the floor mat is completely dry before placing it back in its location.
Stain Removal
Best practices for tough stains.
- Dampen your mat with water.
- Apply a cleaning solution such as MysticClean to the stained area. Never use bleach.
- Use a hand brush or carpet cleaning machine to scrub the stained area.
- Rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer or hose working from the center out.
- Only use water that is 70°F or less.
- A carpet extractor may also be used to remove dirt and moisture.
- Wait until the floor mat is completely dry before placing it back in its location.

No! All artwork is reviewed by a member of our team before print. You will need to approve an artwork proof that will be sent via email 4-7 business days from your order date. For full tutorials on ordering follow these links:

DesignCan I design my own?
Yes! You can either have a professional design your mats, or design mats yourself using our DesignWizard. All mat designs are reviewed by a member of our team and are subject to the same approval processes described above.
ProductWill my mats be exact to size?
For overall mat size, a plus/minus 3%-5% can be expected when compared to the size you ordered.
GeneralHow are you able to offer products at a much lower price than your competitors?
We do this by producing mat orders in bulk, compared to our competitors, who produce each mat as they are ordered. Producing mats in bulk allows us to receive material at the lowest cost possible. We then forward this discount directly to the customer. This is also why you can expect delivery to take slightly longer than our competitors. But hey, what’s an extra week or two for a much more affordable product that will last a lifetime?!

Delivery time is different for each product. Estimated delivery times are based off of when the artwork is approved by the customer:

Yes! All purchasers will receive a proof to approve before printing, between 4-7 business days. This proof must be approved before the mat is sent to production.
