SHIPPING POLICY

We use a flat rate shipping system for all physical products. UPS and USPS are the only couriers we use for this system. Courier is decided by the seller and is dependent on availability, shipping price, shipping size/weight and buyers requested shipping location. Shipments can take up to 14 business days to arrive to the purchaser once dispatched. If the shipment is returned to sender due to incorrect customer information, customer must pay for shipping to have it re-sent. All shipments going outside the continental United States will be shipped via UPS. Orders may be bundled together in custom packaging. Purchaser is responsible for the package(s) once the courier has marked it delivered or accepted. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.
